The LVDS open-circuit and short circuit detection device comprises an LVDS transmitter, an LVDS receiver and an LVDS interconnector for connecting the LVDS transmitter with the LVDS receiver, as well as a logic detection circuit; the output end of the LVDS transmitter is connected with a comparator, wherein the positive input end of the comparator is connected with the P end of the LVDS transmitter, and the reverse input end of the comparator is connected with the N end of the LVDS transmitter, and the output end of the comparator is connected with the logic detection circuit.
