Abstract

The key points of the invention are that: 1. in a 4-WFRFT based mixed carrier wireless communication system, a time- and frequency-domain combined technique, in which time-domain windowing and frequency-domain shaping are combined, is used to simultaneously suppress the peak-to-average power ratio and the out-of-band power; 2. a windowing mode which does not influence the error rate is used for the time domain; and 3. in a mixed carrier mechanism, a method of analyzing the peak-to-average power ratio and the out-of-band power in a time- and frequency-domain combined manner is used.
