The synchronous phasor measurement method includes the steps of sampling a voltage signal and a current signal of an electric power system on the basis of absolute time reference, filtering out out-of-band interference from the sampled voltage signal and the sampled current signal, conducting resampling for the first time on at least one of the voltage signal without out-of-band interference and the current signal without out-of-band interference based on an estimated system frequency, calculates the phasor of the signal undergoing the resampling for the first time, updating the estimated system frequency, conducting resampling on the voltage signal withour out-of-band interference and the current signal withour out-of-band interference for the second time for the report moment and on the basis of the updated estimated system frequency, and calculating the synchronous phasor of the voltage signal undergoing resampling for the second time and the current signal undergoing resampling for the second time. The system frequency measurement method and the synchronous phasor measurement method and device are not only suitable for steady-state operation of the electric power system but also suitable for dynamic running of the electric power system. A high-precision measurement result is further provided.

The invention discloses a device capable of adaptively cancelling receiving out-of-band interference in a wireless transceiver system. The function of the device is that signals coupled from a radio frequency transceiving channel are filtered by a wave trap to remove transmitting signals, and then the signals are amplified and split by a power splitter, one path of signals enter a cancellation circuit after being delayed, and the other path of receiving signals generated by a receiving signal generation unit are cancelled with original receiving signals in the cancellation circuit after amplitude modulation/phase modulation; a data processing unit adjusts an amplitude modulation phase modulator according to the sizes of the signals detected by a receiving signal detection circuit until thereceiving signals are smaller than a preset value; and then the data processing unit adjusts the amplitude and phase of cancellation interference signals according to the sizes of the receiving interference signals that are detected, and feeds back the adjusted interference signals to a receiving main channel to cancel the interference signals in the main channel.
