The invention discloses a centralized control system and method for vehicle-mounted equipment of a special vehicle. The system comprises a centralized control host used for receiving a control instruction and a terminal used for sending the control instruction to the centralized control host. The terminal comprises a computer connected through a network and a programmable key connected through a serial port, wherein the computer accesses and acquires a control page through a browser, and issues the control instruction when a button on the control page is pressed down; the programmable key is akey as well as an OLED display screen and is used for dynamically switching display contents and issuing the control instruction corresponding to the display contents when the key is pressed down; and the control instruction comprises an equipment number and a control action, and the centralized control host queries a database to obtain instruction data corresponding to the control action and sends the instruction data to controlled equipment corresponding to the equipment number through a CAN bus. By adopting the system and the method, the operation difficulty of an operator in controlling the vehicle-mounted equipment can be reduced, and meanwhile, the monitoring efficiency of the vehicle-mounted equipment is improved.

The device comprises an external acquisition circuit, a drive circuit, an alarm circuit, a communication circuit, an external power supply circuit, a storage circuit and a control circuit.
