This application discloses a luffing
tower crane jib head, including a modularly designed jib head frame, hoisting
pulley block, and maintenance basket. The jib head frame consists of a lower section structure, a main chord structure, and a first
diagonal web member, which is stable and easy to connect. The lower section structure has detachable and modular outriggers at the bottom, which facilitates support during transportation and installation and reduces weight during operation. One end of the main chord member is firmly connected to the jib section, while the other end is closed to enhance strength. The first
diagonal web member and the transverse web member form a triangular structure to distribute the force. The hoisting
pulley block is equipped with a
rope-stopping device, with the
rope-stopping ring and
rope-stopping rod providing double protection to prevent the
wire rope from detaching and ensuring convenient
wire rope passage. In addition, a walkway, handrails, and maintenance basket are provided to offer workers a stable working platform. This application improves the spatial adaptability, safety, and operational efficiency of the luffing
