Abstract

The high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is applied to determination of the content of irisflorentin in animal serum; and kaempferol is used as internal standard for determination of the content of irisflorentin in animal serum. According to the method, sample treatment is simple and easy to operate, and a recovery rate meets requirements of analysis and detection; and as the HPLC-MS / MS technology is applied to determination of the content of irisflorentin in animal serum, detection sensitivity of detected components is improved, good resolution is realized, analysis time is short, the desired amount of a sample is small, the usage amount of a solvent is small, content determination results are accurate, and repeatability and good stability are achieved.
