Abstract

The invention discloses a thin-film printing water-based ink and a preparation method thereof. The thin-film printing water-based ink consists of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of acrylic-modified waterborne polyurethane, 2-5 parts of an aldehyde-keton resin, 15-20 parts of am ethyl acetate solution, 5-10 parts of a wetting and dispersing agent, 8-30 parts of organic pigment, 25-43 parts of deionized water, 0.5-5 parts of a thickening agent and 1-5 parts of nanometer zinc oxide. The preparation method mainly comprises three steps of mixing, adjusting and filtering. An ink prepared by using the scheme is good in adhesion fastness for thin-film materials, and adapts to the great tensile amplitude and high viscosity of the thin film. Meanwhile the ink provided by the invention is fast in drying and is not prone to adhering; the solvent residue of printed packages is under standards and has a slight odor; the use of an aqueous solvent reduces environmental pollution caused by toxic or harmful products, so that hazardous substances on surfaces of printed materials can meet safety and health standards; the ink is safety and environmentally friendly; and meanwhile energy consumption can be obviously reduced.
