Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of a pineapple leaf fiber fabric. The production process comprises the steps of (1) when harvesting the pineapple leaves, cutting off at the position of 8-10cm of the roots and then stripping one by one, and selecting complete and non-withering leaves as the raw materials, (2) performing hemp scraping treatment on the pineapple leaves, and cleaning to obtain hemp strips, (3) drying the hemp strips by twisting and evenly spreading under the sun for drying, (4) performing biological degumming treatment on the dried pineapple hemp to obtain pineapple hemp fibers, and (5) processing the pineapple hemp fibers into the pineapple leaf fiber fabric by use of a textile process. In this way, according to the production process of the pineapple leaf fiber fabric, the noncellulose substances in the original hemps are catalyzed, decomposed and degraded by use of a microbial enzyme; the produced fabric is novel, environmental-friendly, natural, antibacterial and ultraviolet-proof, and meanwhile, has the effect of moisture absorption and quick-drying.
