Abstract

The electromagnetic controllable pre-tightening device includes a bearing pedestal sleeving a main shaft and having an end opening. The open end of the bearing pedestal is provided with a pre-tightening plate. The main shaft is also sleeved with an electromagnetic loading plate. The periphery of the electromagnetic loading plate is provided with a displacement sensor used for measuring axial distance between the electromagnetic loading plate and the pre-tightening plate. The end face, adjacent to the pre-tightening plate, of the electromagnetic loading plate is provided with an annular groove inside provided with an electromagnetic coil. The end face, opposite to the end face with the annular groove, of the electromagnetic loading plate is provided with a bearing end cover. A rolling bearing is arranged in the bearing pedestal. Controllable current is input to the electromagnetic coil, so that electromagnetic force is generated between the pre-tightening plate and the electromagnetic loading plate and is transmitted to the outer ring of the bearing through the bearing pedestal, so that a pre-tightening force is generated.
