Problems solved by technology

However, the static load test requires a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources, and the test needs to block traffic, which has a certain impact on the normal operation of the bridge, and this test cannot simulate the damage of the bridge stiffness under the continuous action of dynamic loads. A detection method of "hindsight" cannot monitor the stiffness changes of the bridge for a long time, and cannot play the role of early warning

Embodiment Construction

[0022] Such as Figure 1-Figure 4 Shown, the specific judgment steps of the present invention are as follows:

[0023] 1. Analyze the bridge structure, install displacement sensors at the 1 / 4 span and mid-span position of the key section of the bridge, use the armored optical cable to send the collected signals to the collector, and analyze the signal through the collector. The computer converts the sensory monitoring signal into bridge deflection and deformation data;

[0024] 2. Install a dynamic weighing system at the bridge position of the vehicle to monitor the vehicle load. The load sensor transmits the real-time collected vehicle load signal to the comprehensive data acquisition instrument, and analyzes and calculates the data through the dynamic weighing system to obtain the final The bridge vehicle load data;

[0025] 3. Collect vehicle load data for a period of time (one month or longer), use the axle load spectrum analysis tool to analyze the bridge's axle load sp...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining a rigid change of a bridge structure based on deformation data of bridge health monitoring. The method comprises six steps: analyzing a bridge structure; installing a dynamic weighing system at a position where a vehicle gets on the bridge to monitor a vehicle load; getting bridge load data in a normal state; collecting deflection deformation data of the bridge within one month or longer time and establishing a standard model graph; after establishment of the standard model graph, continuously collecting deflection deformation and vehicle load data for a period of time to guarantee accuracy of the model; and realizing change determination of the bridge rigidity. According to the invention, on the basis of a constructed relation model of bridge member rigid changes and deformation normal distribution curve graphs, a rigid change of the bridge is determined according to changing rule of bridge deformation value. Compared with the traditional static test, the provided method has the following advantages: wasting of lots of manpower and materials can be prevented; bridge traffic blocking is not required; and utilization of the method plays a positive role in deep mining and application of bridge health monitoring data.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for judging changes in bridge structure stiffness, in particular to a method for judging bridge structure stiffness changes based on bridge health monitoring deformation data, and belongs to the technical field of bridge health monitoring. Background technique [0002] At present, the change of bridge stiffness is mainly determined by measuring the deflection and deformation of the bridge span section. At present, the most commonly used test method is the static load test. By measuring the deflection change of the bridge under the loading test load, the stiffness change of the bridge is calculated through the conversion of the bearing capacity, so as to ensure the safety of the bridge operation. However, the static load test requires a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources, and the test needs to block traffic, which has a certain impact on the normal operation of the bridge, and this test cannot ...
