Abstract
The invention discloses application of FAM3C antisense nucleotide in the preparation of drugs for inhibiting epithelial ovarian cancer cell invasion and metastasis. An antisense nucleotide of FMA3C is shown in SEQ ID NO.1 or SEQ ID NO.2. For ovarian cancer cell lines with actively expressed FAM3C, expression of FAM3C genes in epithelial ovarian cancer cells is stably silenced through the antisense nucleotide, epithelial-mesenchymal transition of the epithelial ovarian cancer cells is specifically blocked, the ability of cancer cells to invade and metastasize can be decreased, tumors are less malignant, and survival rate and prognosis of a patient are increased. By applying the antisense nucleotide of FAM3C to the preparation of drugs for inhibiting epithelial ovarian cancer cell invasion and metastasize, novel drugs and targeted therapies can be provided for biological treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer, specificity of cancer therapy is improved, and novel strategies are provided for the treatment of metastatic ovarian cancer.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a new application of antisense nucleotides of sequence similarity protein family 3 member C (FAM3C), in particular to the application of antisense nucleotides of FAM3C in the preparation of drugs for inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer cells, belonging to The technical field of tumor biotherapy. Background technique [0002] The death rate of ovarian cancer ranks first among all gynecological tumors, and it is a disease that seriously endangers women's lives and health. Ovarian cancer is divided into epithelial ovarian cancer, sex cord-stromal ovarian cancer, germ cell ovarian cancer and metastatic ovarian cancer according to its source. Epithelial ovarian cancer is the most common type of ovarian cancer, accounting for about 90% of ovarian cancer cases. Due to the lack of obvious clinical manifestations in the early stage of ovarian cancer, it is often delayed until invasion and metast...
