Based on the mechanism of solution dehumidification, in a closed space, the dehumidifier solution flows to the upper liquid storage device from the lower liquid storage device through the solution delivery pipe under the action of the water pump. When the upper liquid storage device is full of the solution, the solution naturally flows down from the top along the outer surface of a resin tank in a falling film mode. The solution having humidity regulating capability is in contact with moist air on the outer surface of the resin tank and absorbs steam in the air in summer, water enters the solution, and a de-humidification function is achieved. In winter, the water absorbed in summer is released into the air so as to perform a humidification function, and the regeneration of the solution is realized in the process.
