Abstract

The invention discloses a pin-type porcelain insulator for a line. The pin-type porcelain insulator for the line comprises a zinc sleeve and a porcelain part, wherein an umbrella skirt is arranged on the outer surface of the porcelain part; a brown glaze layer is arranged on the surface of the porcelain part; a step hole is formed in the bottom of the porcelain part; the bottom of the step hole is connected with the zinc sleeve through a cement adhesive; the porcelain part is fabricated by a one-stage molding process; and the overall height of the porcelain part is 246mm. The pin-type porcelain insulator for the line is molded once; (compared with an existing PW-33-Y pin-type porcelain insulator for the line, the weight of each pin-type porcelain insulator is reduced by about 5KG); the pin-type porcelain insulator is good in heat dissipation performance; the creepage distance is increased by about 10%; the cost is reduced; and installation is portable under the condition that the mechanical property and the electrical property are ensured.
