The concentration of blood to be tested is reflected by counting results of blood to be tested; the viscosity of blood to be tested is reflected by blood diffusion time; the smearing parameters are determined via combination of the concentration and viscosity of blood to be tested; and blood characteristics of blood to be tested are taken into consideration fully; so that high-quality blood smears can be prepared.
