Abstract

The invention relates to the field of waste tire recycling, in particular to a technique for producing a tire special for a two-in-one industrial and mining wharf. The technique comprises the following steps that (a) a waste tire with an intact tire top is used as the raw materials; (b) the waste tire is disassembled by means of a tire stripping knife, so that the tire is stripped, the surface of a cut opening is smooth and flat, and a tire body top which can be used is reserved; (c) the tire body and the tire top are polished by means of a tire body and tire top polishing machine, and polished surfaces each in the shapes of silk screens; (d) the polished tread of the tire body and the polished tread of the tire top are smeared with adhesive cement; (e) airing is conducted; and (f) middle cushion rubber is flat laid on a glued surface of the tire body and the tire top, and the tire body and the tire top are placed in an equipment tank to be heated, and the tire body and the tire top are fused into a whole along with the rising of the temperature. The quality of the tire, produced through the technique, special for a two-in-one industrial and mining wharf is basically the same as a new tire, however, raw material consumption is reduced by 90% compared with raw material consumption for manufacturing a new tire; cost is greatly reduced, and raw material loss is reduced.
