The bottom of the cup body is provided with a first partition plate. The upper end of the cup bottom is provided with a second partition plate. An illuminating cavity of the cup body is isolated from an oil supply cavity of the bottom cup through the first partition plate and the second partition plate. A hard lamp filament is installed on the first partition plate and the second partition plate in a passing-through hole. The side face of the cup bottom is provided with an oil injection opening communicated with the oil supply cavity. The inner wall of the cup body is provided with laser emitting heads which are symmetrical about the center of the cup body. The laser emitting direction of the laser emitting heads points to the upper end of the lamp filament. The laser emitting heads are connected with a battery on the side face of the cup body, and the battery is arranged in a button box.
