The portion, between the middle plate and the top plate, of the push rod is sleeved with a spring matched with the push rod in size. A round hole is formed in the portion, corresponding to the push rod, of the middle plate. A push rod outer sleeve is vertically installed in the round hole and is of a hollow cylindrical structure with openings formed in the two ends.
