Abstract

The silver nano-wire stabilized ink with the solid content of 0.05-10wt% is obtained by using a silver nano-wire prepared through a salt assisted polyol technology as a conductive filler and PVP as a surfactant and a viscosity adjusting agent, adding an organic solvent and stirring for 30-35min. The silver nano-wire is purified through simply cleaning the prepared stabilized ink. The purified silver nano-wire can be used to produce high-performance transparent electrodes. The preparation method has the advantages of simplicity, easy implementation, good repeatability, high-concentration nano-wire storage benefiting and large scale production.
