[0024] The present invention includes noise canceling techniques and circuits that can be implemented in personal audio equipment, such as radiotelephones. Personal audio equipment includes ANC circuitry that measures the ambient acoustic environment and generates a signal that is injected into the speaker (or other transducer) output to cancel out ambient acoustic events.
