The data storage method includes the steps of obtaining aggregated data of newly-added aggregation themes, selecting a data file from at least two data files according to the theme mark numbers of the aggregation themes for the obtained aggregated data of all the aggregation themes, storing the aggregated data of the aggregation themes in the selected data file, and establishing index information corresponding to the aggregated data in the selected data file, wherein the index information includes the theme mark numbers of the aggregation themes and pointer vectors, and the pointer vectors point at a data block for storing the aggregated data in the data file. The problem that when the aggregated data of all the aggregation themes are stored in the data file, the reading efficiency of the aggregated data is low is solved; when the aggregated data of the aggregation themes are read, required data can be read from a smaller data file, and the effect of improving the reading efficiency is achieved.
