Abstract

The thin film transistor array substrate comprises a number of pixel units which are arranged in a matrix, a number of data lines which are used for driving the pixels, a number of scanning lines, first to fourth data test points and first to fourth scanning test points. Each pixel comprises first, second, third and fourth sub-pixels which are arranged in a matrix with two rows and two columns. Each two adjacent data lines are arranged between two columns of sub-pixels. Each scanning line is arranged between two adjacent rows of sub-pixels. Two adjacent sub-pixels of the same color in the same row have opposite polarities. When display panel solid color picture detection is carried out, coupling effects can be offset, and the problem of solid color picture flicker is improved.
