The device comprises a machine frame and further comprises a hinge supporting seat, a connecting plate, a spring, a driving rod and a pressing plate; the hinge supporting seat, the connecting plate, the spring, the driving rod and the pressing plate are sequentially arranged on the machine frame from left to right; and the hinge supporting seat is embedded into the upper portion of the machine frame, and the hinge supporting seat is located by a pin relative to the machine and connected with the machine frame through a bolt. The left end of the connecting plate is pivoted to the middle of the hinge supporting seat, and the right end of the connecting plate is hinged to the middle of the pressing plate; the upper end of the pressing plate is connected with a pressing block through a countersunk bolt, and a guiding wheel is pivoted to the lower end of the pressing block; the lower portion of the machine obliquely protrudes downwards to form a guiding rail; the driving rod can slide along the guiding rail; and the spring is connected between the middle of the hinge supporting seat and the lower end of the pressing plate.
