The method is characterized in that iris information acquisition is carried out when passengers register, and the iris information is bound with ID number; when booking tickets, the passengers can adopt in-station ticket booking and online ticket booking two modes, wherein the passengers, who adopt the in-station ticket booking mode, only need to be identified by an instrument, and thus orders can be generated and are in one-to-one correspondence with personal information, while the passengers, who adopt the online ticket booking mode, can book tickets online in registered accounts, and then, go to the station to receive iris information scanning to confirm the orders; and when checking tickets at a railway station entrance, the passengers only need to receive scanning before the scanning instrument to confirm the identity thereof, and then, can enter the railway station after being accepted by the system. Through fast recognition of the iris recognition technology, passenger flow speed can be accelerated greatly, thereby preventing the cases of journey delay of the passengers due to loss of tickets, meanwhile, reducing ticket-checking queuing time, and improving railway operation efficiency.
