(2) Inclusion criteria: age 18-65 years old; HBsAg positive history for half a year or more. (3) Exclusion criteria: patients with chronic hepatitis C, AIDS infection, hereditary liver disease, drug liver, non-alcoholic fatty liver and other basic patients, patients with primary liver cancer, liver cirrhosis, and pregnant women. All patients signed the informed consent before enrollment.
