Abstract

The method comprises the steps of (1) arranging a sealed observation window on a shell at connecting plates of a closed busbar; (2) drilling two holes on the closed busbar shell beside the sealed observation window; (3) welding two aluminum blocks with a convex groove at the inner side of the closed busbar shell; (4) installing fastening bolts into fixing holes, which correspond to the aluminum blocks respectively, on a CT, and removing the connecting plates of the closed busbar; (5) placing the CT from the sealed observation window, sleeving the CT on the closed busbar, and enabling the fastening bolts installed on the CT to get into the convex grooves respectively; and (6) inserting other two fastening bolts via holes so as to well fix the CT and the closed busbar shell through the fixing holes on the CT, installing the connecting plates, and then closing the sealed observation window. The busbar type CT installation method is simple and easy to operate, the CT is installed and removed conveniently, and the sealing performance of the closed busbar is not affected after the CT is installed.
