Abstract

The mechanical forward and reverse wrapping spring device comprises forward and reverse wrapping rods evenly distributed circumferentially, forward and reverse wrapping springs are connected between the front ends of the adjacent forward and reverse wrapping rods, and a forward and reverse wrapping ring with the diameter changing along with synchronous expanding and contracting of the forward and reverse wrapping rods is formed among the forward and reverse wrapping springs. A large-inner-diameter shaft sleeve and a small-diameter shaft pin connected with the large-inner-diameter shaft sleeve in an inserted mode are arranged in each forward and reverse wrapping spring, wherein the large-inner-diameter shaft sleeve is fixedly installed on one side of the corresponding forward and reverse wrapping rod, and the small-diameter shaft pin is installed on the other side of the corresponding forward and reverse wrapping rod through a flexible connecting structure of a bulb and a spherical surface gland. Reset springs ejecting the bottoms of the bulbs are arranged in the forward and reverse wrapping rods. In the structure, all sections of the forward and reverse wrapping springs are supported by the large-inner-diameter shaft sleeves and the small-diameter shaft pins connected with the large-inner-diameter shaft sleeve in the inserted mode at both the maximum diameter part and the minimum diameter part of the forward and reverse wrapping ring to prevent the forward and reverse wrapping springs from bending and deforming, the overall bending strength of the forward and reverse wrapping ring is effectively ensured, and thus the quality requirement of the forward and reverse wrapping work is met.
