Abstract

The invention discloses a non-real-time online communication data acquisition system and method based on equipment model buffer. The system comprises a physical equipment module, a communication module, a model buffer module and an interface data display module connected in sequence; when the interface data display module initiates a communication request, the model buffer module distributes one model buffer for data interaction according to received model description; the model buffer is connected to the physical equipment module through the communication module according to a physical equipment address received from the interface data display module; an online communication link between the interface data display module and the physical equipment module is established; the communication link is disconnected after data acquisition is completed; and the model buffer module recycles the model buffer. According to the invention, the model buffer module is opened up when a process starts; furthermore, only the buffer having the maximal maintenance equipment number is necessary to open up; the buffer is released after the process is ended; therefore, the memory overhead of the system can be reduced; and the rapidity and the stability for system operation are increased.
