The bearing frame comprises a vertically arranged bearing plate (6), a plurality of bearing supporting arms (7), a traction rope (10) and a motor (11); one end of the traction rope is connected with a rotating shaft of the motor; the other end of the traction rope extends in a height direction of the bearing plate; the bearing supporting arms are detachably mounted on the traction rope and extend towards the telescopic bracket; and the tail ends of the bearing supporting arms are also provided with stopping pieces (8).
