Abstract

The invention discloses a marine microorganism in-situ enrichment device which comprises an open culture cabin, a closed culture cabin and three sets of environment monitoring sensors. The open culture cabin comprises an open cabin body and an upper cover. The upper cover can be perpendicularly opened upwards under the drive of a driving device so as to open the open cabin body. The closed culture cabin comprises a closed cabin body provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. A peristaltic pump is arranged in the closed cabin body, so that exchange between the interior of the closed cabin body and external seawater is achieved. The three sets of environment monitoring sensors are located in the open culture cabin, the closed culture cabin and the external environment respectively and used for detecting environment parameters of the PH value, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, methane and the like of the environment.
