Abstract

The invention provides a technical method for treating civil sludge through microwave pyrolysis. The method comprises the following steps: adding a sludge sample into a microwave pyrolysis device (single-mode microwave oven); and introducing nitrogen and treating through pyrolysis. The method provided by the invention is adopted for performing microwave in-situ pyrolysis treatment on the civil sludge from a sewage plant, wherein the reaction is quick and efficient, and the final products include a gaseous product (the maximum hydrogen content can reach 70% or more, and the maximum methane content can reach 60% or more), a liquid-state product (the major component is fatty acid of which the maximum content can reach 30% or more) and pyrolysis residue; and the gaseous product and liquid-state product can be recycled. Microwaves realize a particularly obvious fixing effect on heavy metals in the sludge, and the residual forms of six heavy metals are all over 75%, thereby greatly reducing the harm of environmental pollution from raw sludge.
