The ammonia-containing waste gas is firstly fed into the heater, then is fed into the separator, the condenser and the absorption tower in order, and is discharged from the tower top of the absorption tower. The ratio of the height to the diameter of the absorption tower is 10:1. The adsorption tower comprises an adsorption liquid tank at the bottom, and three spraying layers at the upper part of the absorption tower. Filler layers are disposed below the spraying layers. The ratio of the total thickness of the spraying layers to the total thickness of the filer layers is 1:6.3. Raschig rings are adopted as a filler in the filler layers. A circulating pump is connected to the absorption liquid tank (5) and the spraying layers. A sulfur acid solution is adopted as an absorption liquid.
