Abstract

The invention provides an aluminium paste composition added with a half hindered phenol main antioxidant. The aluminium paste composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of aluminium powder, 200 parts of solvent oil, 2 parts of titanate, 2 parts of stearic acid, 1-5 parts of a half hindered phenol main antioxidant and 1-5 parts of a phosphite auxiliary antioxidant. The aluminium paste composition has the advantages and positive effects that thermal stability under the storage condition can be provided for aluminium paste by using the half hindered phenol antioxidant alone; the phosphite antioxidant is compounded with the hindered phenol antioxidant as an auxiliary antioxidant; the phosphite antioxidant and the half hindered phenol antioxidant are compounded and generate synergistic effects, so that the antioxidative efficacy of the aluminium paste can be obviously improved. After the formula is applied to the aluminium paste, the temperature at which the aluminium paste begins oxidative degradation is obviously increased. After the aluminium paste to which the oxidants are added undergoes oven aging test at 100 DEG C for 24 hours, the appearance change decreases.
