Abstract

The invention provides a self-switched double-battery structure, which comprises two batteries, two short-circuit switches and two short-circuit control circuits, wherein the two batteries are connected with one another in series; the two short-circuit switches are connected with the corresponding batteries in parallel; the two short-circuit control circuits are coupled to the corresponding batteries in parallel; each short-circuit control circuit receives voltages at two ends of the corresponding battery, provides a control signal according to the voltages at two ends of the corresponding battery, and is used for connecting or disconnecting the corresponding short-circuit switch; each short-circuit control circuit comprises a comparator and a bias circuit; each comparator comprises a non-inverting input end, an inverting input end and an output end; each bias circuit comprises a positive end and a negative end; each positive end is coupled to the non-inverting input end of the corresponding comparator; the batteries and the short-circuit switches are coupled between the non-inverting input ends of the comparators and the negative ends of the bias circuits in parallel; and each short-circuit switch comprises a control end which is coupled to the output end of the corresponding comparator.
