Abstract

The OLED data compensation circuit comprises: a sensor circuit used for detecting a drift quantity of threshold voltage of a drive thin film transistor, wherein the drive thin film transistor is used for driving an OLED; a time series controller connected with the sensor circuit and used for receiving the drift quantity and outputting a voltage control signal and a source drive signal according to the drift quantity, wherein the source drive signal is used for controlling voltage of a data signal output by a source driver; a reference voltage output circuit connected with the time series controller and used for outputting first reference voltage according to the voltage control signal, wherein the voltage of the data signal output by the source driver and the first reference voltage are used for compensating the drift quantity of the threshold voltage of the drive thin film transistor, thus giving data compensation to the OLED.
