Abstract

The invention discloses an up cfm message processing method and system and a network data exchange device. The method comprises that a main control board of a first network data exchange device generates an up cfm according to configuration parameters of the up cfm. In the prior art, an up mep line card only generates the up cfm message; however, the main control board generates the up cfm message as well as other messages; thus, it is not required to generate a new message generation mechanism in the up mep line card, the message generation characteristic of the main control board is fully utilized, and hardware and software design of the whole network data exchange device is simplified.
