The air conditioner control method comprises the steps that a compressor discharge pressure value of an air conditioner and the outdoor environment temperature are obtained during refrigerating operation of the air conditioner; when the compressor discharge pressure value is smaller than a first preset pressure value or the outdoor environment temperature is lower than a first preset temperature value, any one of a plurality of outdoor heat exchangers on an outdoor unit of the air conditioner is closed; a current compressor discharge pressure value and an indoor evaporator temperature of the air conditioner are obtained; and an electromagnetic valve of the air conditioner is controlled to be opened or closed according to the current compressor discharge pressure value and the indoor evaporator temperature so that the return air pressure of a compressor can be adjusted. The invention further discloses an air conditioner control device and the air conditioner. According to the air conditioner control method and device and the air conditioner, the discharge return air pressure of the compressor is adjusted by opening or closing the electromagnetic valve, and low-pressure protection of the compressor is achieved. Meanwhile, frequent starting and stopping of the compressor are reduced and low-temperature protection of an evaporator is achieved.
