The system comprises a gas supply device, a loading device, a vacuum pumping device, a thermostat and a gas desorption instrument, wherein the gas supply device comprises a high-pressure gas tank, a pressure reducing valve and an inflating tank; the loading device comprises a pressure cylinder, a piston, a heat shrink pipe and a manual hydraulic pump; a gas inlet high-pressure pipe and a gas outlet high-pressure pipe are respectively connected with the left and right ends of the heat shrink pipe; the other end of the gas inlet high-pressure pipe is communicated with the inflating tank; the other end of the gas outlet high-pressure pipe is connected with a two-position three-way valve; a water draining pipe is connected with the bottom of the pressure cylinder; the vacuum pumping device comprises a vacuum pump and a vacuum meter; the vacuum pump is communicated with the two-position three-way valve through the high pressure pipe; and the gas desorption instrument is communicated with the two-position three-way valve through the high pressure pipe.
