The secret key information transmitting method comprises the steps of after a communication connection between a KDN and an OBU is established, receiving secret key request information which is transmitted by OBU, wherein the secret key request information is used for requesting related information of an information group key which is used in a symmetric encryption algorithm that is released by the KDN; generating secret key response information which comprises the related information of the information group key by the KND and transmitting the secret key response information to the OBU; and after the KDN receives confirmation response information of the OBU to the secret key response information, releasing the communication connection which is established with the OBU. Therefore the secret key information transmitting method realizes issuing of the secret key which is used in a safe broadcast technical solution based on the symmetric encryption algorithm information.
