The driving mechanism comprises a solenoid actuator, a control valve core, a hydraulic driving part and a lever, wherein a control end of the solenoid actuator is connected with an electric receptacle; both ends of the level respectively abut against the solenoid actuator and control valve core; the control valve core comprises a liquid inlet port and a liquid return port which communicate with the hydraulic driving part; first pistons and second pistons are alternately arranged in opposite in a seal cavity of the hydraulic driving part; each first piston comprises a first piston body and a first support pillar; each second piston comprises a second piston body and a second support pillar; the first support pillar is connected with a manual changeover body in a driving mode; and the second support pillar is connected with an operating handle in a driving mode.
