The method includes the following steps of firstly, preparing a cutting bed, wherein perlite and vermiculite are mixed to serve as a cutting matrix; secondly, preparing a shoot for cutting, wherein the distance between the lower notch of the shoot for cutting and a joint should be as long as possible, the upper notch is not lower than an axillary bud, and the shoot for cutting is soaked, washed and sterilized through bactericide after being shorn; thirdly, conducting cutting, wherein cutting is conducted after the shoot for cutting is rapidly dipped with rooting liquid; fourthly, conducting post-cutting management, wherein atomizing and bactericide spraying are regularly conducted; fifthly, conducting seedling hardening; sixthly, conducting field planting and managing, wherein field planting is conducted 1.5-2 months after seedling hardening, a rooting agent, leaf fertilizer and the like are applied in a watering mode, and then normal seedling stage nursing and managing are conducted.
