The method comprises: acquiring a testing data sequence, which corresponds to a preset testing time sequence, of each sensor in a terminal device; and according to the testing data sequence corresponding to each sensor, determining calibration data of each sensor, so as to correct, according to the calibration data, to-be-processed data that is acquired from the sensor. By means of the sensor data processing method and apparatus, and the terminal device, which are provided by the present invention, the to-be-processed data of the sensor is calibrated, thereby avoiding errors and improving accuracy of sensor data processing and stability of related operations.
