Abstract

The invention relates to an MPS-based numerical simulation method for a flow slide disaster caused by instability of a refuse landfill. For serious pressure vibration of an original MPS method, a source program is improved from three aspects comprising a kernel function, a Poisson pressure equation and free surface discrimination. In order to describe a non-Newtonian rheological characteristic of a flow slide disaster body, a Bingham non-Newtonian fluid constitutive relation is creatively introduced. The concept of equivalent viscosity is set up, the Bingham non-Newtonian fluid constitutive relation is converted into a variable viscosity fluid constitutive relation, and programming is carried out for implementation. An improved MPS method is provided by balancing pressure vibration and introducing the Bingham non-Newtonian fluid constitutive relation. By the method, a dynamic process of flow slide caused by instability of the refuse landfill can be accurately simulated.
