Embodiment Construction

[0039] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention will be further described:

[0040] Suppose the sender uses N t root transmitting antennas, and the receiving end has N r root receiving antenna, the system model is as follows figure 1 As shown, b is the transmitted information bits, part of which is mapped to the traditional digital modulation constellation diagram, and the rest of the bits are mapped to the space dimension generated by the antenna serial number. Because SM only selects one antenna to transmit data in one time slot, only one element in the transmitted symbol x is non-zero. ESM allows multiple antennas to transmit data, so more than one element in its transmitted symbol is non-zero. The mapping relationship between SM and ESM information bits and transmitted symbols is shown in Table 2, and the spectral efficiency is 3bit / s / Hz.

[0041] At the receiving end, the received signal y can be expressed as

[0042] y=Hx+n...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hybrid spatial modulation method based on Euclidean distance and antenna selection, and the method comprises the steps: supposing that a transmitting end is provided with Ns transmitting antennas, selecting Nt transmitting antennas to transmit data, and enabling a receiving end to have Nr receiving antennas, wherein the receiving end employs a maximum likelihood method to detect a received symbol y; enabling an antenna selection method based on system capacity or an antenna selection method based on Euclidean distance to be applied to an ESM, so as to increase the minimum Euclidean distance; enabling the receiving end to detect the state of a channel before each transmission of information, calculating the minimum square Euclidean distances when the SM and ESM schemes are used for data transmission, and selecting the scheme with the larger minimum square Euclidean distance to actually transmit the symbol. The method provided by the invention enables the number of transmitting antennas not to be limited through the absorption of the advantages of SM and ESM, and avoids the interference with the antennas. In particular, a channel adaptive method can enable a system to adapt to the continuous change of a channel better.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of wireless communication modulation and coding, in particular to a hybrid space modulation method based on Euclidean distance and antenna selection in a MIMO system. Background technique [0002] Spatial modulation (SM) technology, as a new type of MIMO technology, has become one of the hot research fields since it was proposed. In the traditional space modulation technology, only one transmitting antenna is in the working state to transmit data in any time slot, and the other transmitting antennas are silent. Part of the transmitted information bits are mapped to the traditional digital modulation constellation diagram, and the remaining bits are mapped to the antenna serial number generation on the spatial dimension. Therefore, SM completely avoids inter-channel interference, does not require high synchronization requirements between transmitting antennas, and requires only one radio frequency link for any time sl...
