The catch bolt comprises a screw, a head, a jack-prop and an inverted trapezoidal cushion block, wherein outer threads are arranged on the outer surface of the screw; an accommodating groove of which an opening is downward is formed in the lower end of the screw; a cover is welded to the outside of the accommodating groove; a through hole of which the diameter is smaller than that of the accommodating groove is formed in the cover; the jack-prop comprises a prop body and a large head positioned at the upper end of the prop body; the large head is slidably arranged in the accommodating groove; the prop body penetrates through the through hole from top to bottom in a clearance fit manner; a first pressure spring is arranged between the large head and the bottom of the accommodating groove; a recess of which an opening faces upwards is formed in the upper side surface of the cushion block; meanwhile, a slot is formed in the upper part of the screw; the height of the slot in the vertical direction is greater than the height of the cushion block; the cushion block is positioned in the slot; a second pressure spring is arranged in the recess; and the upper end of the second pressure spring is propped against the upper part of the slot.
