Through use of the base plate and the side extending plate, the frost preventer fixed bracket improves the horizontal twisting and tilting resistance of a stand column of the frost preventer, increases the working reliability of the frost preventer, and prevents the problems of generation of a gap between the soil and the stand column under such effects as small-diameter deep hole excavation and working vibration of the frost preventer and stability; and in addition, due to use of the connecting bracket, a standard pipe is used for replacing a traditional non-standard pipe, so that the material cost is largely saved.
