The reflective encoding system includes a reflective encoder, a distance measuring sensor and a signal processing unit. At least one code reflection sheet has a reflection surface and a back surface, the back surface is opposite to the reflection surface. The two terminal identification reflective sheets are arranged on both sides of at least one code reflective sheet respectively, and the background reflective sheet is arranged on the back side of the at least one code reflective sheet.
