Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: performing converter steelmaking, ladle furnace refining and RH vacuum circulating degasification refining on molten iron and steel scraps, and then performing continuous casting and hot rolling to obtain the X70 pipeline steel plate. In the hot rolling process, relaxation is performed on a roller table for 20-60 s after rough rolling and finish rolling, and then the product subjected to relaxation enters an ultra-rapid cooling device of which the cooling rate is 20-60 DEG C / s; after cooling to 480-560 DEG C, the cooled product enters a hot straightener for straightening; and then shearing, inspection and finishing are performed.
