Abstract

The invention discloses a portable tree mover based on ball screw transmission. The portable tree mover mainly comprises a rotating mechanism, a support mechanism, a ball screw transmission mechanism and a tree digging shovel, wherein four thread screwed locking rods are installed on an inner ring of the rotating mechanism, so that a whole device is fixed on a tree trunk. The inner ring of the rotating mechanism is connected with an outer ring of the rotating mechanism by a ball and a bolt, and; the outer ring can makescircular motion around the inner ring. A fixing arm of the support mechanism is connected with the outer ring of the rotating mechanism by a joint bearing,;and a telescopic arm is connected with the ball screw transmission mechanism. The other end of the ball screw transmission mechanism is inserted into the soil by a bearing seat,; the tree digging shovel is connected with a threaded rod by a sliding sleeve, and; the tree digging shovelcontinuouslydigs the soil along with the rotation of the threaded rod. The portable tree mover is simple in structure, reliable in work and convenient to carry, and can work in a narrow space and on a mountain; by adopting a ball screw transmission principle, the portable tree mover enables an operator to operate uprightly, thus lightening labor intensity.
