Embodiment 1

[0068] Embodiment 1 Using the method and system for the origin of ten groups of individuals of unknown origin of the present invention to infer the origin of individuals of unknown origin

[0069] First, utilize the present invention to carry out the typing of 74 specific loci using the multiple amplification detection system:

[0070] 1. Extract the DNA of the individual to be tested as a template;

[0071] 2. Using the amplification primers to perform multiple PCR amplification reactions on the unknown source individual DNA as a template to obtain amplification products, the amplification primers are composed of 74 pairs of amplification pairs corresponding to the 74 specific sites The composition of the amplification primer, the amplification primer is the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No.1 to SEQ ID No.148 in the sequence listing;

[0072] 3. Extend the amplified product using extension primers; the extension primers are composed of 74 extension primers corresponding to t...

Abstract

The invention provides a method and system for analyzing ten group sources for an unknown-source individual. The method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting the DNA of the unknown-source individual; 2) obtaining the genotypes of 74 group specific sites of the DNA; and 3) obtaining the analysis results of the group genetic principal components of the genotypes of the specific sites by using STRUCTURE software, or obtaining the group result with the highest likelihood ratio from the genotypes of the specific sites by using FI software, wherein the ten groups include Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, Southwest Asia, Europe, South Asia, North Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Pacific and the America. The scheme provided by the invention can distinguish the groups in East Asia and also has relatively high resolution on other groups.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method and system for inferring the origin of unknown individuals, in particular to a method and system for analyzing the origin of ten groups of individuals of unknown origin. Background technique [0002] Biogeographic ancestry analysis has received widespread attention for its contributions to biopharmaceutical research, personalized medicine, human history studies, and forensic investigations. In forensic applications, ancestry inference can sometimes provide key clues to an investigation when there is no database or no match or specific suspect. At present, a large number of SNPs or insertion-deletion markers (InDels), ancestry information markers (ancestry informative markers, AIMs) site combinations (panels) have been published. Overall, ancestry resolutions ranged from three to eight population clusters. It is reasonable to achieve three to five population resolutions with only a few AISNPs (ancestry informa...
