The method comprises inserting a strip from a gap between a thumb and an index finger and fixing the strip at the back side of a hand wearing portion, thereby wearing the second wearing portion at a palm position; fixing an end fixing position of the first wearing portion to an end of a joint movement portion; installing the first wearing portion to the second wearing portion; and fixing a connecting portion to the transmission clamping pieces by means of a connecting portion fixing portion of the first wearing portion.
